Return Policy

At Kathartic Studios, we make each item to order and are currently only able to accept returns for manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping.

Inspection & Notification

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or have received the wrong item, submit a return request within 30 days of receipt via the My Account page. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

• The item must have been received within the last 30 days.
• It must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.
